Application：

These materials, NM360, NM400, NM450, NM500 and 27MnTiBM, are wear-resistant steel plates, mainly used in industrial and construction fields, especially in heavy wear environments.

1) NM400 wear-resistant plate: This is a high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, and its mechanical strength is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary low-alloy steel plates. NM400 surface hardness is usually between 360 and 450HB, widely used in construction machinery, mining machinery, coal mining machinery, environmental protection machinery and metallurgical machinery and other fields. Its chemical composition includes carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, chromium, molybdenum, nickel and other elements.

2) NM360 wear-resistant plate: NM360 wear-resistant steel plate is widely used in mining machinery, coal mining machinery, environmental protection machinery and engineering machinery and other fields. It can also be used as a high-strength structural steel with yield strength ≥700MPa. The heat treatment of NM360 is usually high temperature tempering, and its properties include yield strength of more than 800 MPa and tensile strength of more than 1000MPa.

3) NM450 and NM500 wear plates: The hardness range of these materials is 420-480HBW of NM450 and 470-530HBW of NM500, respectively. They are mainly used for dump truck bucket, shovel blade plate of construction machinery, lining plate of mining machinery and other parts with serious wear.
